Bilby

Bilbies have one of the shortest gestation periods of all mammals, only 14 days, and will give birth to up to 4 litters a year, each consisting of 1-4 offspring.

When environmental conditions are favorable, a female bilby may produce up to four litters a year, each typically consisting of one to two offspring, though up to four offspring have been reported.
