Slender-Snouted Crocodile

Among species in the genus Crocodylus, slender-snouted crocodiles produce the lowest average number of eggs per clutch, 8-22, but also exhibit the largest average egg size at 8 cm. long and 5 cm. wide.

Little information is available on the average number of eggs in a clutch, although one study found clutch sizes of 8, 17, and 22 eggs.

On average, eggs measure approximately 8 centimeters long and 5 centimeters wide.
