The Gulbaru leaf-tailed gecko’s ear opening is elliptical and vertical with raised projection overhangs on the upper margin.

The Gulbaru leaf-tailed gecko’s ear opening is elliptical and vertical and is much less than half as large as the eye. There are raised projection overhangs on the upper margin of the ear.
