Free-For-All: Crested Porcupine

Free-For-All

Though done last minute and final details not added, here is my entry for African crested porcupine month.

The FaunaFocus Free-For-All is an art competition that is open to all and is intended to foster community-based learning while celebrating successes and encouraging artists to improve from discipline and criteria.

March 2020’s Free-For-All featured the crested porcupine.

OrangeDrawer depicted the nocturnal crested porcupine scrounging about some nighttime foliage, in search of food and bones. Bathed in hues of blue and violet, this porcupine was well-rendered with distinctive quills and soft-looking fur. Viewers can enjoy feeling as if they’ve come upon this porcupine in the middle of the night.
